Brescia & Orzinuovi

A number of little fragments omitted from the main storyline in other parts of the exhibition area, merely hinted at here in order to isolate certain specific contexts: in the background, the buildings of the Società Nazionale Ferrovie e Tramvie line.
First, Brescia railway station: in its original form, against the background of which we may glimpse certain aspects connected with SNFT, and in more recent images testifying to its presence in the station.

Secondly, the station building in Orzinuovi, a small town in the valley, on the Oglio river, on the railway line to Soncino: one of very few stations to be permanently demolished after changing its original purpose.
