1885 - Brescia Paderno Franciacorta
Brescia - Castegnato is the first section of the original line inaugurated in Zanardelli's time, which crossed the suburbs of Brescia, an area which was soon to become a cradle of industry, passing the level crossing at Roncadelle to begin its voyage through the fertile countryside around it.
