Saronno Quadronna Grandate
In the classification of our subject matter, the two lines are discussed together here, as they were both the result of transfer of services operated by the province of Como to FNM in the context of an overall redesign of transportation in the Insubria area, with guard house 12 in Saronno, which led to what was at that time an outlying part of the city, open onto the countryside, and the urban guard house no. 26 in Tradate, almost entirely alien in relation to its surroundings.
Or, we might say, sadly swallowed up by the small town as it grew.
