Milano Saronno
The oldest railway line represents history on rails, incorporating significant forms of testimony which are often incredibly different from one another in architectural terms, such as guard house 6, which is really more like a house in a big city in terms of its design and surroundings, and the guard house by the Castellazzo stop, which is designed to stand in open countryside, safeguarding a level crossing which was, most likely, used only by the neighbouring landowners.
