Cittiglio
Cittiglio is a town in the province of Varese and is part of the Comunità Montana Valli del Verbano and of the Unione dei Comuni del Medio Verbano.
The hamlet of Vararo is located to the north of the centre. Between 1914 and 1949, the terminus of the Valcuvia tramway stood in front of the station.

Church of San Biagio (500 m from the station): this small church is the oldest religious building in Cittiglio and one of the oldest in the entire Valcuvia, whose origins date back to the 13th century.
