Ponte Ticino & Lido di Turbigo


The station of Ponte Ticino (named Galliate Parco del Ticino from 18 July 2021) is a railway stop on the Saronno-Novara line, located in the town of Galliate, near the Ticino river. It is the first station in the Ferrovienord network in the Piedmont area. The stop has only one transit track, with a platform for passengers.
The Lido di Turbigo station was a railway stop on the Saronno-Novara line. It was located in the municipal area of Turbigo, near the Ticino river. With no railway service since the '80s, it is no longer included on the schematic maps of the Lombardy regional service. The stop had only one main line track, accessible via a footpath.

The large area covered by the park features a huge choice of trails which offer the ideal opportunity to spend a day immersed in nature close to Milan.
