Passante

The story of the Passante is a story which has faded over time and which belongs only partly to FNM’s history, as its construction was not directly carried out by it. Nonetheless, it is an integral part of the city's transport system and its inclusion in this fabric has become invaluable to the urban mobility of the last 30 years. This being noted, its line terminates at Milano Bovisa station, a crucial hub for the public network, integrating seamlessly with the quadruplication work: this location has also inevitably modified the structure of the railway infrastructure, irreversibly impacting the state of these places, radically changed from the moment it opened.
