Trattasi di casellario per piccola stazione costituito da una scatola in legno a forma di cubo aperta sul davanti,con 2 file orizzontali di supporti interni in alluminio contenenti ciascuno n° 6 colonne di portabiglietti ,per un totale di 12, ognuna contenente un insieme di biglietti uguali.Una molla applicata sul telaio posteriore di ogni casella spingeva in avanti il relativo blocco di biglietti man mano che si attingevano biglietti da quella fila.
Conteneva una serie pronta di biglietti precompilati che necessitavano della sola timbratura a secco della data prima di essere rilasciati al viaggiatore.

A filing box for a small railway station, consisting of a wooden box in the shape of a cube open at the front, containing 2 horizontal rows of internal aluminium supports each containing 6 columns of ticket holders, for a total of 12, each of which contained a set of identical tickets. A spring applied to the back of each compartment pushed the block of tickets forward as tickets were taken from the row.
It contained a ready-to-use set of precompiled railway tickets requiring only inkless date stamping to be sold to passengers.
